Process

• Please send me an email with your name/alias, pronouns, the use of the commission, description, and you can tell me which one of my artwork is the closest (in mood, color, style) to what you want.• Please send visual references - You cannot send me too many references, especially for clothes and faces!
Note that I will be taking artistic license with the character’s design and the composition of the image if you don’t send appropriate visual references. I will consider anything not explicitly shown or stated to be open for creative freedom.• I will answer to tell you about my next availability and price. If you agree with it, I will send over an invoice in USD/EUR/NOK through Paypal or Revolut.• I work on a first come, first serve basis. I will add you to the commissions schedule after receiving the first half of the payment as a deposit.• When it’s finally time to make your commission, I will send you an email to let you know I will begin to work on your commission.• 2-7 days later, I will send over rough sketches to be approved. At this stage, please let me know of anything you'd like changed and/or corrected. Then if needed I will send a refined sketch to show the corrections and make sure I didn't forget anything.• After the sketch is approved, your commission cannot be refunded and will have to be paid in full. Please be sure of your order! Any major changes asked after the sketch is approved, not because of mistakes I did, will incur an extra charge.• I will send you the finished commission via email or Google Drive when the invoice is paid in full.

Terms and conditions

• You may not sell or exchange the commissioned artwork as NFT, under any circumstances. You may not use my art in a Ai, to train any type of Ai image generator model, or to feed in any type of Ai (Text2Image, Image2Text, Image2Image...) under any circumstances.• You may not edit, alter or transform the artwork without my written permission (like removing the signature, change the colors, crop the image, repaint it or any ways to change the image from its original form).• You are allowed to share or post your commissioned art to your website or any social media accounts, if you give credit and do not claim the artwork as your own.• Personal, non-commercial use:
- Unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the right, commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Any art I create is my own. You may not claim the artwork as your own. Unless exclusive rights, or commercial rights are purchased, you may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online marketplace.
- Unless exclusive rights or the privacy option are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.• Payment:
- I accept payments in USD, EUR and NOK.
- I take half of the price up front and take the second payment after we agree on a sketch.
- I work on a first come, first serve basis. You are added on the commission schedule only after I received the first payment.
- Important! the deposit works as a kill fee, and isn't refundable if you cancel. So be sure before reserving a time slot.
If I cancel before beginning to work on your illustration you will be refunded.
- The second payment has to be made after we agree on a sketch.• Privacy Option: I will not share the illustration on social medias, in my portfolio, or sell prints of it. This option doesn't give you the copyrights and you cannot claim it as your own. The illustration is for personal use only.• Commercial License: You will have the right to use the illustration for the commercial uses stated in the invoice (Book cover, marketing, prints, freebies...). The price will depend of the usage. Using the illustration to create NFTs or in an Ai model (for training or as a reference) is never allowed.
